Holiday - In the sun!

Well, the time has come. We are taking a break for a couple weeks while I get married, and have a honeymoon. The current classes are going to be suspended until our return in the beginning of July. Thanks to everyone who have been sending us their warm wishes and congratulations. Thanks to all of you.

Leslieville Ju-Jitsu Classes - Open classes from the 4th until the 11th.

The next term for our classes is starting in July. Anyone who may be interested is encouraged to put your name on our sign up list. email bjjkarate@gmail.com, and we will reserve your spot for the first free trail class. The next term is 3 months (July-Sept). A martial arts kimono is required, and can be purchased through us if you like (there is a great deal on sign ups including uniforms).

We are also looking for more women students, and anyone who may be interested from Teens through to Adults are encouraged to check out our Sister Samurai page for information, or email us at bjjkarate@gmail.com . We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Fun, relaxed, amazing!

Summer Term for the Withrow Park Clubhouse - We are going to be running our classes in Leslieville, out of the dance studio behind the Ceili Cottage (Queen St and Alton Ave, South side, White picket fence). New term to begin mid-July, please email for more details.... once things are confirmed, you will be among the first to know.

This summer term will be focusing on the next part of our Playground Self-defence Karate programs- Playground Part 2, the Pulling game!

Both the Intermediate class and the Beginners class will be combined for the summer.

Other News!

 - Our Urban Karate Program has a new location- DOWNTOWN!! At Bloor and Bathurst, we are set to open new classes in July. The First courses will run towards the middle of the month to begin our 3 month trial program. Anyone who is interested in these classes can email us at urbankarate@gmail.com to be put on the waiting list or to ask any questions. We will be accepting registrations come July.

- New partnerships forming with some of our suppliers! Keep in touch for all the new information, but we may be able to increase our showroom, and product line shortly. This will mean great availability for gear and equipment, as well as shorter waiting times for uniform orders. More to come on this closer to August. Stay Tuned!
